Earth holds while you do.
Last Line: Earth is a free single-player lane strategy game. Your troops advance and fight automatically; you command deployments and support. Protect the command center on the left from an endless alien invasion across three lanes.
Read. Reinforce. Counterattack.
Supplies regenerate over time. Select a unit, choose a lane, and deploy when you can afford it. Open Lane intelligence to see incoming enemy types, formations, and the next landing time. Bulwarks can screen ranged Spitters; build a frontline and protect rocket teams behind it.
Troops that reach the alien landing zone raid it, earn supplies, and extract. Once per lane during an active assault, a raid also delays any remaining landings in that lane by three seconds. After each assault, a nine-second lull leads automatically into the next wave. Reinforce while the battlefield stays visible, or use Send next wave to keep the pressure on.
Build an army that works together
- Rifle squad: affordable frontline fire against light attackers.
- Rocket team: heavy hits against armored walkers; keep a frontline ahead of it.
- Tank: a durable, expensive lead unit for a sustained push.
- Medic: heals nearby allies so surviving troops can keep advancing.
Time a lane-targeted Airstrike for a packed assault. Use EMP to interrupt an alien push. Watch their cooldowns and save support for the lane that needs it.
Turn their technology against them
Choose one of up to three recovered alien technology upgrades between assaults. After wave two, rocket teams can specialize in Cluster rockets for wider splash with less direct damage, or Breaker rockets for stronger direct hits without splash. Choose one specialization per run. An unchosen reward remains available during combat, so you can read it without rushing. Open Recovered technology to review your current build.
A Warden joins every fifth assault. Its charged attack threatens the whole lane: use EMP before the countdown ends, or concentrate enough damage during the charge to interrupt it. The command center falling ends the run. The debrief identifies the final breaching enemy and integrity lost in each lane. Retry this invasion repeats the seed, difficulty, and enemy plans; a new invasion creates a different plan. Battle progress does not save.

What is Last Line: Earth?

How do the breaks and upgrades work?
After each assault, a nine-second lull leads automatically into the next wave. You can reinforce, choose one of up to three alien technology upgrades, or send the next wave early. Unchosen upgrades remain available during combat.
